We are very happy to share another important milestone in the career of our Baileys Brdský expres. We successfully met the requirements for the working class in the sled sports category, which is not only a wonderful recognition of the work we have done so far, but also further proof that the Czech Mountain Dog has its place among active and performance-based working dogs.
This working class is based on results achieved in sled racing, pulka, and skijoring. These disciplines test not only the dog’s physical condition, but also willingness to work, endurance, character, and teamwork with its handler. That is exactly why we value this achievement so much.
By fulfilling the working class requirements, we also received an official certificate that entitles us to enter the working dog class at regional, district, national, club, and special dog shows in the Czech Republic. For us, this is an important step because it connects sporting performance with breeding and show presentation.
For us personally, this achievement is much more than just meeting a formal requirement. It is clear evidence that Baileys is not only a worthy representative of the breed, but also a true working dog with real performance. We are especially pleased that this helps present the Czech Mountain Dog as a breed that is not only beautiful, but also capable, resilient, and truly suitable for work.
With this achievement, Baileys has once again moved a step forward on her journey, and we are proud to be part of it. We see it as further motivation to continue our work, training, and presentation of the breed where it matters most – in practice, in sport, and in breeding.
